M. KHANBHAI SK. ESMAILJI BHAVNAGARWALA
A grand old person, religious, hard working, coming from Bhavnagar, Gujarat, leaving everything behind, was loved by all & called by the pet name of “Mamaji”. He started his journey in Jalgaon with a job, saw many ups & downs of life, struggled & worked till the end of his life when he passed away in May 1990 at the age of 97.
ABBASBHAI M. KHANBHAI BHAVNAGARWALA
Son of M. Khanbhai, Abbasbhai was not an educated person, but he was a person who can do anything. Never using a watch or a calculator, he was always perfect in time management & business. Without having any sound financial background, education or experience, he dared to sow a seed of business. After much struggle, he started with a small “tapri”, worked & worked & finally bought a shop at 158, Bhavani Peth on 30 – 11 - 1950 which is today our head office. He passed away at the young age of 42 after a prolonged illness in 1975.

M. Abdul Kader, generally known as “Kaderbhai” in the business world, was 12 years of age, studying at Al Jamiya Tus Saifiyah in Surat, when his father Abbasbhai expired. He took over the proceedings of the shop at the young age of 16, joining his grand father, M. Khanbhai. Having no left over & no experience, he started his career with the old business of his father & grandfather - the crockery business, tried his luck in many a ventures switching off to various different businesses & finally settled in the world of food products & associated fields. Always eager to help any person in the world & having a thought that we can always progress by co-operation, he eagerly awaits to welcome you & join hands in hands for the welfare of both the sides.
SHABBIR ABBASBHAI BHAVNAGARWALA
The youngest son of Abbasbhai, Shabbir joined his brother Kaderbhai in his struggles of survival. Once settled down in the business of food products, both the brothers saw to it that they are amongst the best in the field they are in. They strived hard to see that the A K Group (formed by late Abbasbhai Khanbhai) is a renowned name, the goals are reached by honest means & best services are given at minimum rates. The main aim was that people should have full faith in the name of the A K Group.

Murtaza Bhavnagarwala, a second generation founder - family member, has been associated with the Cold Product Store since 1st April 2016. Murtaza took over the role of Executive Officer on 1st October 2017, prior to which he worked within the group in different roles of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his capacity as CTO, he managed three chief businesses - Soft Drink, Ice Cream & Ice Candy Packing Solutions.
Being a proficient product designer and an innovator, Murtaza has integrated the use of state of art technology to improve the quality of products and services of the company. He has done BMS (Finance) from KPB Hinduja, Mumbai and subsequently attended Company Secretory course.(Executive Level)
